Whether it is the DensiForm® process for OWC (one-way clutch) races, Integrated Teflon Banding and Insertion of DU bushings for shock absorbers or the forming of back taper features for synchronizer sleeves, PMG has unique technologies that make the manufacturing of high precision, high performance and cost competitive powder metal parts possible to replace hot forged or machined solid steel components.
