Mitsubishi Metal Corporation purchases land in Columbus, Indiana.

1988

DIAMET Corporation is established.

DIAMET Corporation holds the foundation completion ceremony.

1989

DIAMET Corporation moves general offices to the new plant on Arcadia Drive in Columbus, Indiana. The first group of plant workers joins DIAMET Corporation.

DIAMET Corporation holds its grand opening ceremony.

DIAMET Corporation starts production operation.

1991

DIAMET Corporation starts first expansion and second investment.

1993

Second expansion and third investment is started.

1995

DIAMET Corporation receives the prestigious FORD Q1 rating.

1996

Third expansion and the fourth investment are started

1997

DIAMET Corporation becomes a QS 9000 registered Company.

1998

DIAMET Corporation receives 1997 Chamber of Commerce Growth and Expansion Award

1999

DIAMET celebrates 10 years in Manufacturing.

2003

DIAMET Corporation achieves ISO 140001 Environmental certification.

2005

Mitsubishi Materials and Plansee Corporation merge in a 50:50 venture to form PMG (Plansee Mitsubishi Materials Global Sinter Holding S.A.).

2007

PMG Indiana Corporation begins its fourth expansion, including purchase of first 1200 ton compacting press and relocation of equipment from PMG Ohio facility.

2009

PMG Indiana celebrates 20 years in Manufacturing.

Plansee Corporation assumes sole ownership of the PMG Global business facilities.

2011

December 15th, 2011, VVG acquires the PMG Group
